paperwork of forms that may be needed to process an order out of the
United States. There are also other issues that are unknown or sudden

arise that will effect commerce between the US & other Countries. The best
thing to do is do deal with these matters with caution & patience.

Q: How will I know when my product has
been shipped?
A: You will get confirmation via e-mail.
Q: What are your policies regarding refunds? Do you make any guarantees?
A: We guarantee all the items (Except CLOSEOUTS or items
SOLD AS IS) we sell on eBay for Damage or
Defects.. If for
any reason you are unsatisfied with the product (Except CLOSEOUTS or items
SOLD AS IS) that
you received, please send an email to: or send your
message to our User ID via Ebay stating the reason you are returning your purchase
within 10 days of receiving your item(s). We will provide you with a Return Authorization
Number and instructions on how to return your item for replacement or a Full refund.
If you are returning a non defective or merchandise you
change you're mind on. Shipping charges for
the returned items are to be prepaid, we are not responsible for any shipping
charges. Returns are subject to a restocking fee of $5.00 or 15% which ever
is greater.
Q: I am not satisfied to the point where I feel compelled to leave you neutral or negative Feedback.
A: Bad feedback is a lose-lose situation for eBay buyers and sellers. Leaving Neutral or Bad feedback for any Seller out of malice, spite or anger will most likely compel that seller to leave bad feedback on your account. If you are new on eBay you might not realize that any seller you give bad feedback to will most likely leave the same for you. It will not make much of a difference to a seller that has 1,000's of positive feedbacks, but a buyer that has
less than a 100 will find that just one bad feedback from a seller they were
angry at lowers their rating considerably. There is NO reasonable problem that we can not resolve to your satisfaction. If you feel someone has defrauded you it is best to use the eBay Fraud Forum to report unethical actions by other eBayers. The best advice is try to work things out. You can always leave your feedback later on. Bad feedback without proper consideration is not in anyone's best interest.
Q: If I was sent the wrong item by
mistake
A: Email us for a return authorization
(RA) number and you will be given a full refund or exchange. In this case,
we will send a pre-paid shipping parcel to return the item back to us at our
cost.
Q: Item arrived broken
A: Call the delivery carrier who brought
the item to you and make a claim. Send copy of the claim with the broken
item to us. Our insurance carrier will refund or we will exchange the item. We will
reimburse you for only the return shipping costs.
Q: I have not received any replies
from email I sent to you
A: Spam has become a big issue for us &
also for your email provider. It is very common for email to get filtered to
a spam box on our end or on your end without your knowledge. If you are not
getting email from us within our business hours then spammers have probably
interfered. The best way to resolve this is to try again:
|
1) |
Go to our eBay User ID Account &
email us from eBay |
|
2) |
Email us directly at |
How long does it take before you answer
email? Our Hours are Monday-Friday 9am to 5pm M.S.T. We do not answer email
after hours, holidays or weekend, but try to respond within1 business day.
Q: How long does it take before you answer email?
A: Our Hours are Monday-Friday 9am to 5pm Mountain Standard
Time. We do not answer email after hours, holidays or weekend, but try to respond within1 business day.
Q: Is all of your Sterling Silver genuine?
A: All our sterling silver jewelry is stamped .925 to assure silver content. Items that are stamped by hand are not as uniform as items that are cast. If you can not see the stamp, email us and we can tell you where to locate it. A jeweler's loupe may be needed to see the stamp clearly on items that are very small or
intricate. It is illegal in the US to misrepresent metals that are used in making jewelry.
Q:
Will your Jewelry turn my skin green?
A: We do take extra manufacturing
processing steps as do the fine jewelers
to prevent this problem, but no one can guarantee it 100%.
Silver, in it's purest form, is too soft for use as jewelry, so jewelers
combine it with nickel, copper, or newer Alloy's to provide strength and
durability to the final product. This is called an alloy. Most people are
not allergic to silver itself, but some people experience a skin
discoloration in reaction to the nickel or copper in the alloy.
For this reason, in the past, silver products were often lacquered to
prevent direct exposure to the skin. Our silver products are NOT lacquered,
coated, or plated, so the alloy does come in direct contact with your skin.
Some people experience a skin discoloration in reaction to the alloy and
are unpleasantly surprised when it occurs. Others however, see it as a
positive. Studies have shown that silver and copper have healing properties
which have been used to treat illnesses like arthritis.
According to dermatologists, the reaction varies depending upon your diet,
skin ph and environment. Women, for instance may experience a reaction on
some days and not on others. Your primary care physician or dermatologist
is most qualified to answer questions of a personal nature regarding skin
reactions to jewelry alloys. You may be able to ask for a skin test to
determine if you will experience a reaction.
If you experience a skin discoloration, we would like to assure you that
your ring is not fake, or made of low quality silver. In fact, quite the
opposite is true. Our Jewelry is made with the standard .925 parts pure
silver, per 1000 parts. This is higher in quality than German Silver, which
contains only 900 parts pure silver. Our jewelry is solid, never plated,
and is created by hand from a carved wax mold. If you have questions about
any piece of jewelry you purchase from us, we encourage you to ask a
jeweler, chemist, doctor or dermatologist you know and trust.
Some people have taken their silver Rings to be lacquered while others have
reported success by coating the surface with a thin layer of clear nail
polish or polyurethane. (Please note that lacquered or polished items
cannot be returned or exchanged.) We recommend you speak with your
dermatologist or primary care physician before taking any steps, or for
more information regarding copper and nickel alloy skin reactions.
When copper
comes in contact with the environment, it begins the natural process of
oxidation. Chemists would tell you that the surface copper is combining with
oxygen. What it means for your jewelry is that it gets darker. Copper does
reach a point when it is "fully oxidized" - it gets to certain dark color
and does not get any darker. Sometimes, you'll also hear the term "patina"
used - that's the bluish green color that copper gets when it is exposed to
oxygen and other elements, such as sea water. Patinas can also intentionally
be applied through chemical means
Q:
Is your Silver Jewelry Always Bright in color & what is the difference when
Sterling Silver is manufactured in different Metal finishing techniques?
A: Depending on the Design & style
desired of
Sterling Silver Jewelry , manufacturer's have abundant ways to
change the look of Sterling Silver. Some methods include a brushed satin
finish which gives silver a softer look. Some Sterling Silver jewelry is
plated with Rhodium which has an appearance of chrome. Other techniques are referred to
as Antiquing or Oxidizing.
It is hand worked to give silver pieces an antique look and to bring out the
beauty of high and low relief areas through oxidation (this is very popular
in vintage, marcasite, American Indian, Balinese and fine filigree designs
to name a few)
We have been in business for 30 years and have sold millions of sterling
silver rings with lots of satisfied customers. In the United States it is a
Federal Offense to sell an item as real sterling if it is a fake.
Q. What does it mean when
your Metal product is described as Antiqued, Vintage, Oxidized, Gun Metal,
Stainless Steel or Hematite.
A. These are some of the
names used in the jewelry trade to describe silver when it is not finished
in a very bright process. Through out history there have been fads & styles
that use Silver that is NOT BRIGHT because of the effect and feeling if will
give fashion at the time. For an example if a silver chain or pendant are
described as a gun metal or hematite the finished chain will have a very
dark or almost black look to it. Vintage, Antiqued or Oxidized effect is a
finishing process that the designer will use to blacken or darken the relief
or crevices in the article to bring out the look of an article for a current
or past fashion. You can read a more extensive explanations on these
subjects by going to the internet and search for the fashion history this
article briefly reviews
Q: How Accurate are your Ebay Pictures compared to the product I have bought?
A: We try very hard to represent the
Photograph that represents the products we sell on eBay to be true &
accurate. However because our inventory maybe 100's or 1,000's of one item
sometime there might be a slight difference in the item(s) pulled for your
order. Items that are displayed on cards may not be the same display card
you may receive. Unless we state in the auction the Exact packaging there is
no guarantee you will get the prop used for photographed product. We simple
use the best back ground or Prop to show as much detail as we can in the
photographs. We spend hours using a professional photographer to bring the
best possible picture. If
you have any questions about the picture please do not hesitate to contact
us & we will be more than happy to explain any questions that maybe the
picture does not show to be apparent
Q:
What do you mean when you sell in assortments?
A: Assortments are usually sold in dozens
or wholesale lots. Basically you
will get the designs or items photographed in the auction with an mix
of colors & styles that are similar or the same as shown in the auction
photo.
Assortments are prepackaged and we do not sell individual styles or break
the assortments up.
Q: What does it mean when you offer
hand-made items?
A: This means the jewelry is made by hand
& none of them will be the same
because each craftsman has their own unique hand-crafted technique. Since
we buy large volume of each item we sell we can not take a photograph of
each of the same design. When we list the product as hand-made we can not
guarantee that the picture will be 100% as the jewelry you will purchase.
Each item will bear the craftsman own skills & silver smith art that will
make each item sometimes slightly unique. The artisans do their very best
to craft the ring as the auction as possible so you will not be
unpleasantly surprised.
Q: Do you sell wholesale?
A: To buy direct you can go to our
affiliate partner for wholesale orders only at the link below, let them know
