Banana
Barbell Navel Rings with Crystals
Crystal Dangle Charm Body Jewelry is jewelry attached to the
body which features one or more small charms which dangle from the
end of the attachment. In most cases, the piece of jewelry attached
to the body from which the charm dangles is simply a curved barbell called a "banana barbell"
or "bananabell" with a screw on one end and a
ball on the other. The ball can be unscrewed from one end to allow
the wire rod to be slipped into a hole pierced in the skin. Once
through the skin, the ball is screwed back onto the end of the
barbell to hold it closed. Bananabells are fashionable as earrings, belly
rings, nipple rings, or other body piercings such as on the
eyebrows. The balls at the ends can be metal or acrylic plastic. The
plastic balls often come in colors, patterns, or stripes and may
feature crystals. Please note: To prevent
